You are of course more than welcome to place your order by phone (020 7407 7951) or in person at our London Tower Bridge, London City and Richmond-Upon-Thames stores.

We offer four separate services:

·	Frames & lenses
·	Reglazes (UK only)
·	Sunglasses

If you'd like a reglaze, click here to go straight to the 'reglazes' page. For each of the other three options, the first step is to choose whether you'd like to view spectacles or sunglasses. You can then choose which model you'd like, and in which colour & size.

If you select the 'frames & lenses' option once you've chosen your frame, you'll then be prompted to choose which lenses you'd like on the 'lens options' page (where you'll find an explanation of each lens type).

If your order includes prescription lenses, you'll be given instructions on how to send your prescription to us once you have placed your order. Click here if you'd like to read these instructions now.

In all cases, you can track the status of your order via the 'my account' page.
