		Delivery - how and how soon will I receive my order?

We hold a very large number of frames in stock across our three stores, though should a particular colour or size be out of stock we'll advise you of the expected arrival date as soon as we receive your order.

We also hold a large number of prescription lenses in stock, and, with the exception of bifocals and varifocals, those that we don't have in stock generally arrive the following working day. Bifocals, varifocals and other custom-made lenses generally arrive within 5 working days. We fit lenses on-site, so once we have your frame and lenses they'll be fitted that day.

UK delivery (free of charge):

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery free of charge for arrival by 1pm the next working day after posting. We will contact you by phone or email on the day your order is to be dispatched to confirm your delivery address.

You are of course more than welcome to collect your spectacles from one of our London stores.

General delivery times are as follows:

· Frames only - 2 days
· Complete spectacles (frames with prescription lenses fitted) - 3 days
· Reglazes - 3 days from receipt of frame

Rest of the world (£15.00):

Orders are dispatched via FedEx for arrival 1-2 working days after posting. You'll receive an email from FedEx giving your tracking number as soon as your order has been collected from us.

General delivery times are as follows:

· Frames only - 3 days
· Complete spectacles (frames with prescription lenses fitted) - 4 days
